By accessing or using Intentive Life (“Service”) at https://intentive.life (“Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any actions under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

4. Services & Subscriptions

4.1 Plans & Pricing – Details of current plans, inclusions, and fees are shown on the Site. Prices may change; any increase will apply after at least 30 days’ notice.

4.2 Billing – Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Free Week – New users may receive one free week with no credit-card requirement. After the free period ends, access stops unless you subscribe.

4.4 Cancellation – You may cancel anytime in your account dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hateful conduct toward other users or staff.
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
